Licence terms

These terms cover your use of the Orb Farmer software — what the licence lets you do, and what you accept by using it.
They do not cover the purchase itself. Licences are sold by Link, a Stripe company, acting as the merchant of record. The sale, its price, its taxes, its invoices, cancellations and any refund are governed by Link's own terms, and your purchase receipt shows the sale as Sold through Link.
Orb Farmer is built and run by a single developer. Anything about the software itself — a bug, a licence that will not activate, a question about what it does — reaches a human at [email protected]. For anything about a payment, a subscription or a refund, Link's support is faster, because they hold the transaction.
1. What the licence gives you
An active licence permits one Discord account to be operated by the software for the period it covers. Running several Discord accounts requires a licence for each. The licence is personal and non-transferable, and grants no right to redistribute, resell, sublicense or publish the software or any part of it.
The software may be downloaded and installed freely. Without an active licence for a given Discord account, it will not operate that account.
2. Free trial, renewal, cancellation and refunds
A Discord account that has never been licensed gets its first seven days free. A payment method is taken when the trial starts but nothing is charged until the seven days are up, and the subscription then begins at the price shown. Cancel before the seventh day and you are not charged at all. One trial per Discord account.
Licences renew automatically until cancelled. You can cancel at any time, either from the subscription page inside the app or from your account at link.com. The licence keeps working until the end of the period already paid for.
Refunds, and any right to withdraw from the purchase, are handled by Link under their terms — not by us, and not by this document. If a payment fails, the licence stops working until it succeeds.
We may withdraw a licence where the software is used in breach of section 5.
3. Discord, and the risk you accept
The software automates activity inside Discord. This is contrary to Discord's Terms of Service. Discord may, at its sole discretion, restrict, suspend or delete any account it detects doing so, including the loss of anything held in that account.
You accept that risk. We do not control Discord, cannot predict its enforcement, and are not liable for the loss of any Discord account, orbs, Nitro, purchases, content or anything else held there. Use accounts you can afford to lose.
Orbs, quests and Nitro are Discord's products, bought from Discord. Nothing here is affiliated with, endorsed by or connected to Discord Inc. Discord and Nitro are trademarks of Discord Inc., used only to describe what the software interacts with.
4. What it needs, and what we promise
Windows 10 or 11, 64-bit, an internet connection, and around 1 GB of free disk space per installation.
The software depends on third-party software and interfaces, Discord's own among them, which can change or disappear at any time. We make no guarantee that it will keep working, and issue fixes on a best-effort basis.
It is provided "as is", without warranty of any kind beyond what consumer law makes mandatory. To the fullest extent permitted by law, our total liability arising from the software or these terms is limited to the amount paid for the licence in the twelve months before the claim. Nothing here limits liability for death, personal injury, fraud, or anything else that cannot lawfully be limited.
5. Acceptable use
You may not:
- redistribute, resell or publish the software or a modified version of it;
- circumvent, disable or tamper with the licence checks;
- use it against Discord accounts that are not yours;
- use it in any way that breaks the law where you are.
6. Changes
We may change these terms. The version in force is the one published here, and material changes take effect for you at your next renewal.
7. Law
These licence terms are governed by Spanish law. Consumers keep the protections of the mandatory law of their country of residence and may bring proceedings in their own courts. Terms governing your purchase are Link's, and say where those are settled.
